S. Vanessa Pérez Guzmán

S. Vanessa Pérez Guzmán has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. S. Vanessa began their career as an Assistant Manager at Zara, where they managed daily operations and achieved sales goals. S. Vanessa then worked as an English Teacher at Avenue Language Centre, instructing students in both one-on-one and group-learning environments. S. Vanessa also taught students from different countries and prepared them for Cambridge examinations. Following this, they worked as a Sales/Marketing representative at Royal Prestige, providing customer service and generating leads. S. Vanessa later joined Aramco Services Company as a Relocation Advisor, managing the relocation process for expatriate new hires. S. Vanessa played a key role in implementing a new onboarding system to automate the process. S. Vanessa Pérez Guzmán then transitioned into the real estate industry, working as a Realtor® at Nino Properties and then at Regional Properties Texas. In these roles, they specialized in marketing, business development, and property procurement. Currently, they work at K2 Corporate Mobility as a Client Services Operational Lead, where they are responsible for managing international relocations for corporate assignees and developing relationships with clients.

S. Vanessa Pérez Guzmán has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston, which they obtained by 2022. Prior to that, they attended the Champions School of Real Estate in 2019 to study Real Estate. In 2004-2006, they attended the Universidad de Puerto Rico, focusing on Quality Control- Pharmaceutical Processes. Additionally, they hold several certifications, such as being a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent certified by the Texas Real Estate Commission in 2019, and obtaining a Notary Public Commission from the State of Texas in 2013.
