Yu-Chia Tseng

Project Manager, Electrical Engineering at K2 Management

Yu-Chia Tseng has a strong background in project management and electrical engineering. They started their career at Dyanapack as a Cell Engineer, where they focused on product application development, designing quality control tests, and researching international regulations. They then moved on to Philips as a Project Engineer/Customer Project Manager, responsible for managing healthcare image system projects and identifying stakeholder requirements. After that, they joined Syscon International, Inc. as an OEE Project Manager & Business Development Manager for Asia, where they interacted with customers and partners to define market requirements and product strategy. Following their time at Syscon, they worked as a Customer Project Manager at Philips Population Health Management, collaborating with sales, optimizing customer workflows, and identifying risks. Most recently, they served as a Senior Project Manager at nextDrive, where they had overall responsibility for customer contracts, site infrastructure, budget planning, and team management. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager in Electrical Engineering at K2 Management.
