Elizabeth Phillips, MD, MBA, FACEP, FAWM is an experienced clinical investigator at K2 Medical Research since November 2022, with a longstanding practice in emergency medicine established through Elizabeth L Phillips, MD, LLC since 2000. Previous roles include Flight Physician and Medical Director at AirMed International from 2012 to December 2022 and Medical Director of Emergency Medicine at Russell Medical Center from September 2019 to May 2021. Additionally, Elizabeth Phillips served as Faculty in Emergency Medicine at UAB Hospital and as a Physician at the Emergency Services Network. Early career experience includes residency at LSU Health Sciences Center and serving as a General Medical Officer in the United States Navy. Educational credentials include a BS in Biology from The University of the South, a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Alabama School of Medicine, and an MBA from Auburn University Harbert College of Business.
