Ben Eaton

Ben Eaton has a strong background in finance and accounting, with over 20 years of experience. Ben has held various roles in companies like K2 Partnering Solutions, Addison Lee, LeasePlan UK, BT Global Services, Carphone Warehouse, and BDO LLP.

In their most recent position as Head of Group Finance at K2 Partnering Solutions, Ben was responsible for improving reporting and analysis to the CFO and Private Equity investors. Ben also developed the group finance function and worked with regional FDs to improve planning and forecasting for the global business.

Prior to that, Ben served as Head of Group Financial Planning & Analysis at Addison Lee. In this role, they worked with the executive team to drive profitable growth and value generation. Ben was responsible for financial planning and analysis, cash forecasting and management, and preparing information for covenant reset and group refinance. Ben successfully transformed the finance department, implemented cash reporting and forecasting strategies, and managed covenant reset with lenders.

Before joining Addison Lee, Ben held multiple roles at LeasePlan UK, including Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and Head of SAP Competence Centre. Ben led annual and strategic financial planning activities, interfaced with the managing board, and successfully managed the post-implementation period following the installation of SAP ECC & BI.
