Fernanda Pellegrini is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and people strategies. Currently serving as VP of People Strategies and Global Director of Talent Acquisition at K2 Partnering Solutions since January 2018, Fernanda previously held roles at Blackboard as Senior Recruiter for International business and at Elliott Scott HR as Senior Recruitment Consultant. Early experience includes several positions at K2 Partnering Solutions, where Fernanda advanced from Talent Acquisition Consultant to Senior Talent Acquisition. Fernanda also worked as HR Coordinator at Comprova.com Informatica S.A. Education includes a program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2020, a degree in Branding and Marketing from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa in 2013, and a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College in 2009, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Human Resources and Clinical Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
