Matthew C.

Matthew Croce is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in defense and aviation operations. Currently serving as the Head of Defense at K2 Space Corporation since July 2022, Matthew previously held key leadership positions at Kittyhawk, including Director of Flight Operations and Product Manager. Matthew's background also includes product management at Athos, where skills in cross-functional team management were utilized to support various markets. As the Founder and CEO of Aviation Solutions, innovative training methods for military ground forces were developed. Matthew's military career spans over a decade with the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, USSOCOM, and the US Marine Corps, where strategic planning and operational execution were critical. Academically, Matthew earned a Master of Science in Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, graduating as a Robert Joss Scholar.
