Lisa Basmadjian

Lisa Basmadjian's work experience begins in 1999 when they worked as a Public Relations Manager at Alexander Forbes. From 2005 to 2010, they served as the New Business and Marketing Manager at Gemcom Software, where they achieved revenue and gross profit budgets and identified new opportunities for existing clients and prospects. In 2010, Lisa started their own marketing consulting company, H2L Marketing, where they provided services to various companies and executed a customer loyalty program for Beier Safety Footwear. Lisa then worked as an Internal Sales representative at Workwear Industries Group for a brief period in 2017. Lisa joined H2L and Company as a Marketing Manager later that year. In 2018, they became an Account Director at INX Software, contributing to sales and marketing activities, and in 2019, they transitioned to an Account Manager role within the same company. Currently, Lisa works as an Account Manager at K2fly, starting in September 2021. Throughout their career, they have utilized CRM and sales pipeline management techniques to meet sales objectives and engage and retain existing customers.

Lisa Basmadjian attended Boksburg High School from 1991 to 1996, where they earned their Matric degree. Following this, they went on to the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in International Communications. From 1997 to 2000, they also attended the Tshwane University of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology - BTech Hon in International Communications.
