Niki Gordon

Niki Gordon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Niki started their career in 2004 as a Hospitality Tourism Instructor and SkillsUSA Advisor at Reynolds High School. Niki then moved on to become the SkillsUSA Oregon Director at the Student Leadership Development Center. In 2009, they joined SkillsUSA as the Program Manager for Alumni Development and later became the Associate Director of Training. At SkillsUSA, they played a vital role in developing curriculum and managing grant programs. In 2015, Niki joined Marriott International as a Sales Executive, where they successfully increased market share and exceeded sales goals. Niki later earned a promotion to Sales Specialist and then to Account Executive, managing corporate mid-market accounts and government contractors. In 2021, they took on the role of STEM Grant Manager at Northern Virginia Community College, followed by the position of CTE Coordinator. Currently, Niki is working as an Account Executive for CareerSafe at K2United. Overall, Niki Gordon has a strong background in sales, training, program management, and curriculum development.

Niki Gordon has pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree in Communication and Sociology from Texas Christian University. Subsequently, Niki pursued post-graduate work at Oregon State University. Niki then earned a Masters degree in Education from George Fox University. Lastly, Niki completed a Nonprofit Management Graduate Certificate from the American Public University System, specializing in Nonprofit Management.
