Jim Harp

Jim Harp has worked in various roles in the optoelectronics industry since 1984. Jim began their career as a Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin in 1984. Jim then worked as a Sales Manager at ILC Technology Inc. from 1986 to 1990, followed by a role as International Sales Manager at Raytek from 1990 to 1991. In 1991, they became Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Optical Radiation Corporation. From 1998 to 2010, they were Global Director of Sales and Strategic Marketing at PerkinElmer, where they were responsible for identifying, developing, and managing growth prospects for business units. From 2010 to 2013, they were Global Business Development and Strategic Account Manager at Semrock, Inc. Jim then moved to Nicoya Lifesciences as Vice President of Business Development and International Sales from 2016 to 2021. Most recently, they have been Vice President of NDT Sales and Business Development at KA Imaging Inc. since 2023.

Jim Harp attended UC Santa Barbara, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
