Josh Magder

Josh Magder is a Mechatronics Engineering student at the University of Waterloo, pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science from 2022 to 2027. Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineering Associate at Sheartak Tools since May 2023, Josh also contributes as a Firmware Subteam Member for the University of Waterloo Robotics Design Team and holds the position of Class Representative for the Waterloo Engineering Society. Additionally, Josh acts as an Engineering Ambassador, assisting prospective students and promoting the Mechatronics program through various events and digital communications. Previous experience includes working as a Mathematics Instructor at Mathnasium of Aurora, ON, from August 2021 to August 2022. Education includes an Ontario Secondary School Diploma and an AP Capstone Diploma from St. Andrew's College.
