Agam Goyal is the Co-Founder and COO at Kaarva, a financial benefits platform that help improve employee experience and engagement for HRs along with making the employees get to a happy and healthy place, faster. Prior to Kaarva, Agam was the Director: New Business Initiatives at Ninjacart, driving new business initiatives for Ninjacart for growth & profitability.

Agam Goyal received a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay. Agam also received an AISSCE from DAV Public School in Kota.
