Ally Lincourt

Ally Lincourt is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in full life cycle recruitment across various organizations. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at KabaFusion since October 2023, Ally has previously worked in several roles including Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist at Organogenesis, where responsibilities included compensation analysis, job description creation, and candidate sourcing. Previous positions include recruiting for healthcare roles at Beth Israel Lahey Health and Lowell Community Health Center, as well as teaching and facilitating courses with AmeriCorps.
