Jakub Tomasek

Jakub Tomasek is an experienced engineering director currently leading multiple teams at KABAM Robotics since April 2022, focusing on robot autonomy and connectivity solutions for the security and facility management sectors. With a strong background in robotic systems, Jakub previously served as a tech lead at Cognicept Systems, overseeing the development of a scalable incident management platform, and held roles such as computer vision lead at SPEEDCARGO Technologies and robotics engineer at both Nanyang Technological University and GMV Aerospace & Defence. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Cybernetics and Robotics from Czech Technical University in Prague, along with experiences as a visiting postgraduate student at Nanyang Technological University.
