James de Boer

James de Boer has had a diverse work experience in the multimedia and video production industry. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Oh Boy Productions as an assistant editor and eventually became the Director of Photography for a health TV show. In 2014, they joined Electronic Arts (EA) as an Asset Coordinator, responsible for capturing in-game footage and creating video marketing assets for the game "NHL 15". James continued working at EA in 2015 as a Marketing Coordinator and expanded their role to include scriptwriting and editing content for the NHL17 marketing campaign in 2016. In 2017, James joined Kabam as a Multimedia Artist, where they produced top-tier video assets for various web platforms and partners. James was later promoted to Sr. Multimedia Artist, leading video production and creating advanced video assets using Unity Timeline. In 2021, they became the Lead Video Producer at Kabam. Additionally, in 2011, James also worked as a Freelance Video Producer at Poplar Park Films.

From 2007 to 2009, James de Boer attended Capilano University, where they obtained a Diploma in Motion Picture Production.
