Janice Crowe

Janice Crowe has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and total rewards. Janice most recently worked at Kabam as the Senior Director of RMO and People Operations. Prior to that, they held various positions at Atlas Corp., Seaspan Corporation, CORIX Group of Companies, and HEABC, where they gained expertise in HR systems, solutions, and total rewards programs. Janice also has experience as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst at CORIX Group of Companies, where they maintained and administered salary structures and participated in the design of incentive programs. Additionally, they worked as an Industry Advisor - Compensation Classification Analyst at HEABC, where they negotiated with unions and provided expertise on classification systems and compensation practices. Janice has also volunteered as the Secretary on the Board of Directors for NAOSH Week Society of B.C.
