Penek Gosuwin is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various high-profile culinary roles. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Kabooki Sushi since July 2022, Penek previously held the position of Executive Chef at Hawkers Asian Street Fare from March 2020 to December 2021. Prior to that, Penek gained valuable experience as Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef at Marlow's Tavern between June 2012 and March 2020, and worked as a Culinary Instructor at Bahama Breeze from August 2008 to July 2012. Earlier in the career, Penek was a Sous Chef at Planet Hollywood from May 2005 to July 2008. Penek holds an Associate's degree in Culinary and Restaurant Management from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Orlando, completed in 2014.
