Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Yaamava' Resort & Casino since May 2022, Chef Orrell previously excelled as Executive Chef at Glen Ivy Hot Springs and held key positions such as Kitchen Manager at CulinaryLab Cooking School and Chef/Manager at California State University, Long Beach. With a background that includes managing culinary operations for diverse establishments, from Choura Venue Services to Disneyland Resort, Chef Orrell has a strong foundation in menu development, recipe creation, and kitchen management. Chef Orrell's formal education includes an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from the California School of Culinary Arts/Le Cordon Bleu and an Associate of Arts in Philosophy from Citrus College.
