Fahad Algneaer, Ph.D, currently serves as General Manager of the General Administration for International Cooperation at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) since January 2024. Previously, Fahad held the position of Advisor for International Cooperation & Partnerships at the Research, Development and Innovation Authority (RDIA) from July 2023 to January 2024, where the International Cooperation and Partnerships Department was established. Fahad's extensive experience at KACST from January 2004 to July 2023 includes roles such as General Manager of the General Administration for International Cooperation & Partnerships, Director of the International Cooperation Department, Deputy Director of the RDI Project Management Program, and Manager of the Technology Innovation Centers Program. Education includes a Ph.D. in Global Information and Telecommunication Studies from Waseda University, a Master's in Computer Networks from La Trobe University, and a Bachelor's in Network Science from the Chiba Institute of Technology.
