Ghislain Gabriëlse

Ghislain Gabriëlse has a diverse work experience in the field of test automation and quality consulting. Ghislain started their career in 2005 as a Senior Medewerker Verkoopklaar at Albert Heijn and later joined Scamander Solutions as a Graduate Student. In 2014, they began working at various companies through Sogeti, including DSW Zorgverzekeraar and KPN, where they served as a Test Engineer. During this time, they also took on roles as a Test & Quality Engineer and a Senior Agile Test Engineer. In 2017, they joined Alphabet International GmbH as a Test Automation Developer and later worked as a Test Lead. This was followed by a position at BMW Group as a Test Lead, responsible for the quality of software deliveries. Recently, they worked at deTesters and Kadena as a Test Automation Consultant and Test Automation Engineer, respectively. Ghislain's expertise lies in test automation, test strategy development, continuous testing, and agile methodologies.

Ghislain Gabriëlse has a diverse education history. In 2005, they started their educational journey at Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam, where they pursued a three-year MBO degree in IT Media Beheer, completing it in 2008. Ghislain then decided to further their education and enrolled in another MBO program at Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam, this time in MediaTechnologie (Workflow Beheer). Ghislain completed this program in 2010.

After completing their second MBO degree, Ghislain Gabriëlse moved on to Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. Ghislain studied Business IT & Management and earned their Bachelor's degree in 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Ghislain pursued various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Ghislain obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from EXIN in October 2014. In March 2014, they also received the TMap NEXT Test Engineer certification, also from EXIN. In December 2015, Ghislain achieved the Certified Agile Tester certification from iSQI GmbH. Their most recent certification is the Selenium Tester Foundation, which they obtained from iSQI GmbH in July 2019. Ghislain also holds an Agile Foundation certification from Agile Consortium, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
