Rich Meadows

Dr. Meadows joined Kadlec Clinic as a Family Medicine provider in January 2015. In November 2015, he became Kadlec’s first Chief Quality Officer and in January 2018, the first Chief Medical Officer for the medical group. Prior to joining Kadlec, Dr. Meadows practiced family medicine for eight years in Port Townsend, Washington where he served as the Medical Director of the clinic system and home health. He currently serves as the co-chair of the Providence Ambulatory Clinical Decision Team. Dr. Meadows graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 2000 and completed his Residency training at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2003. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine.
