Sheila Taylor, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPHR

Sheila Taylor, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPHR has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sheila started their career in 2004 as a Human Resources Manager at Aqua Products, Inc. and held this position until 2011. In 2011, they joined Kadmon Pharmaceuticals, LLC and progressed through various roles. Sheila started as a Manager, Human Resources Generalist from December 2011 to September 2013. Then, they became the Director of Human Resources from September 2013 to February 2014. From February 2014 to October 2015, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources. Currently, Sheila is working as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Kadmon Pharmaceuticals, LLC.

Sheila Taylor, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPHR, has an impressive education history. Sheila obtained their Master of Business Administration - MBA degree from New York University between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they earned a MS degree in Organizational Development and Human Resources from Manhattanville College, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Sheila'sundergraduate education took place at Providence College, where they obtained a BS degree in Health Policy and Management from 2000 to 2004.

In addition to their degrees, Sheila Taylor also holds several certifications. Sheila is a CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) obtained from the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) of Canada in January 2019. Sheila also obtained the SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification from SHRM in January 2015. Sheila has earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2008. Sheila is also a member of CPHR BC & Yukon, which they joined in January 2019.
