Pilar Padilla

Pilar Padilla has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Pilar started their career as a Financial Advisor Assistant at Scotiabank in 2007. In 2008, Pilar worked as a Treasurer for Administraciones Asesoría y Promociones de Gdl. Later that year, they joined HP where they held various roles including Expense Management Financial Analyst, Internal Auditor, Treasury Analyst, and Cost Accounting Financial Analyst. Pilar then moved to Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2013 and served as a Cost Financial Analyst and later as a Global Finance Lead. In 2017, they joined DXC Technology as a Finance Lead until 2020. Currently, they work as a Finance Manager at Kadmos since 2023.

Pilar Padilla's education history reflects their dedication to pursuing a well-rounded education. From 2019 to 2022, Pilar attended Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Their focus of study during this time was on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and NGO Management.
