Shawn Light

Shawn Light is currently serving as Plant Manager at Kadon Aerospace since November 2022, while also holding the position of Manufacturing Engineer at Kadon Precision Machining since March 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Manufacturing Engineer at Miba Bearings US, LLC from July 2014 to February 2020. Responsibilities throughout the career have included process improvement, capital expenditure management, CNC program creation for various machine types, and the development of manufacturing drawings, bills of materials, and routings. Previous educational achievements include a Master's degree in Sports Administration and a B.A. in Mechanical Engineering Technology, both from The University of Akron. Additionally, Shawn Light has held engineering student positions at Diamond America Corp., Leyshon Miller Industries, and Spirol International during earlier career stages.
