Emilia Vicini is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and team development. Currently serving as HR Manager and Co-Founder at Kadre since November 2021, Emilia provides guidance to the IT Recruiting Team and focuses on achieving hiring goals. Previously, Emilia was an Entrepreneur in the Novolabs Startup School Program, where critical business models and customer validation were developed. With prior roles as an HR Business Partner at iMachinary and a Human Resources Analyst at Pilay S. A., Emilia has managed end-to-end recruiting processes, collaborated across various departments, and handled comprehensive HR responsibilities.
