Joy Simon

Joy Simon has nine years of work experience, beginning in 2008 as a Process Associate for Tata Consultancy Services. In 2012, they took on a role as a Business English Trainer/ High Volume Recr for Tat. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Learning and Development Coordinator for CADS Software India Pvt Limited. Joy then moved to TALE – Thulir’s Adaptive Learning Environment, where they served as a Content Writer from 2016 to 2020. In 2020, they took on a Content Writer role for My Chapter One. In 2021, they began working as an IT Recruiter for Kaeppel Consulting, LLC, and then moved on to a Recruiter role for CrowdPlat. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for EsurgiBiotech.

Joy Simon completed a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, General from Women's Christian College Chennai between 2005 and 2008. Joy then obtained a Bachelor of Education in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Stella Matutina College of Education (Autonomous) between 2009 and 2010. Joy then earned a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature, General from University of Madras between 2010 and 2012.
