Marc Deibig

Marc Deibig serves as the Director of Compliance at Kafene since July 2021, where responsibilities include establishing compliance procedures and developing organizational strategies to adhere to regulations. Previously, Marc held the position of Compliance Manager, focused on fostering a culture of compliance within the Lease/Rental Purchase and Rent-to-Own industry. Concurrently, Marc is a Project Manager-Quality Assurance at Preferred Lease, leading the development of a Quality Assurance Program for the contact center and overseeing the accuracy of credit reporting processes. Marc's earlier roles at Preferred Lease included Compliance Manager, where a comprehensive review of lease purchase contracts across 44 states was conducted, and Customer Relations Manager, who successfully improved portfolio performance. Marc holds a Paralegal Certificate from The University of Georgia and a diploma in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician from Georgia Piedmont Technical College.
