Alejandro Franco began their career in 2013 as a Trainee Assistant Manager at AGM Desarrollos, where they negotiated with contractors, defined short and long term goals and objectives, assisted quality assurance efforts, and assessed vendor products. In 2014, they joined the British & Colombian Chamber of Commerce as a Projects & Marketing Coordinator, where they managed the first Colombia Law Day in London, sought strategic partnerships within 5 major industries in UK and Colombia, and was directly involved in the creation and build-out of a working agenda between these companies. In 2015, they were promoted to Projects & Marketing Manager at the British & Colombian Chamber of Commerce, where they managed an international trade and services fair, led a market research team for a major UK retailer seeking expansion in Latin-American markets, and negotiated with suppliers. In 2016, they became the Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Kaffe Bueno, where they were responsible for business development, circular business models development and implementation, overall commercial strategy, and unlocking value proposition and applications of their product portfolio.
Alejandro Franco attended Grenoble Ecole de Management from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor in International Business with a major in Global Management. In 2018, they completed an online course in Evidence-based Stakeholder Marketing at The Australian National University. In 2020, they enrolled in Harvard Medical School to study Biochemistry.
