Steven Donlan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Steven began their career in 2012 as a Student Fundraiser at UNH Phonathon, where they raised over $5,000 for the Athletic Department and UNH Fund.

In 2013, Steven interned and served as the Mascot at New Hampshire Fisher Cats, where they achieved the second highest ticket sales total among interns and executed marketing and promotion plans during games and community events.

Steven then joined New Hampshire Motor Speedway in 2014 as a Corporate Sales Intern, responsible for researching potential clients, organizing files and contracts, and managing customer welcome bags for each race.

Steven also worked as a Marketing And Promotions Intern at the University of New Hampshire Athletics from 2013 to 2015. In this role, they served as the Student Marketing Director for Football, Men's Ice Hockey, Gymnastics, and the 'Cat Pack Student Section. Steven developed and implemented marketing plans and achieved significant increases in student and overall attendance for the Football program.

Next, Steven served as a Marketing Assistant at the University of Maryland Athletic Department from 2015 to 2017. Steven oversaw promotional and marketing operations for Women's Soccer and Baseball and assisted with marketing responsibilities for Football, Men's Basketball, and Women's Basketball. Steven also constructed marketing plans for the entire season.

From 2017 to 2020, Steven worked at the University of Florida Athletic Association as a Marketing Sales Coordinator. Steven was responsible for overseeing marketing efforts for various sports, including Baseball, Women's Basketball, Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving, Men's and Women's Track and Field, Cross Country, and Women's Soccer. Steven successfully increased revenue for the Track and Field Pepsi Florida Relays event by 24%, achieving the highest total in program history.

Most recently, Steven joined KSA Marketing in 2020 as a Client Services Manager, managing client relationships with Fortune 500 companies and non-profit founders. Steven played a key role in global branding and campaign launches for clients and successfully managed multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.

In 2022, they joined Kraft Analytics Group as a Client Services Associate in the Account Management department.

Steven Donlan attended Londonderry High School from 2007 to 2011, where they completed their high school education. Following that, from 2011 to 2015, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology, with a focus on Sport Studies and a minor in Business Administration, at the University of New Hampshire.
