Jennifer Nilsen

Jennifer Nilsen has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Service at Kahala Brands since November 2007. Prior to this role, Nilsen was the General Manager at Cereality from August 2004 to November 2007 and worked as an Operations Supervisor at OfficeMax from July 1998 to August 2004. Educationally, Nilsen holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, obtained from 2000 to 2002, and an Associate of Arts in General Business from Mesa Community College, completed from 1998 to 2000.
