Noa Ries is the Co-Founder of Kahilla, a women’s activewear brand based in Sydney, Australia. Noa started their career in the fitness industry as the co-founder of OzFit, the first outdoor ‘boot camp’ style fitness training business in Singapore. Under Noa’s leadership, the business grew rapidly and received high-profile media recognition across South East Asia and Australia. In 2012, Noa sold OzFit to Ufit, Singapore's largest independent fitness investment firm.

In 2013, Noa founded Vie Active, a performance-driven premium women’s activewear brand. As Chief Executive Officer and subsequently Chief Creative Officer, Noa grew the Vie Active brand to a multimillion-dollar business. During their time at Vie Active, Noa launched a global online store, cultivated partnerships with premium boutique fitness studios including Equinox, secured Series A funding, established a flagship store in Sun Valley, produced multiple pop-up stores, and built thriving and highly engaged social communities.

In 2018, Noa exited Vie Active and co-founded Kahilla. Kahilla is a women’s activewear brand that is focused on creating versatile, stylish, and high-quality workout clothing that can be worn both inside and outside of the gym.

Noa is a passionate entrepreneur with a deep understanding of the fitness industry and a proven track record of building successful businesses. Her experience and expertise have made their a leader in the activewear industry.

Noa Ries has a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Charles Sturt University and a degree in International Business & Law from the University of Technology Sydney.
