Mickael Dufourneaud is a highly experienced professional in personal development and training, currently serving as Chief Master Trainer and Vice President at Kahler Communications, Inc. since February 2014. With a strong background in the Process Communication Model® (PCM), Mickael has held various roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Consultant Partner at Kahler Communication France, where training and facilitation were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes roles as Manager at docendi and AIR, where Mickael focused on educational engineering, project management, and human resources.
