Olga Besha has an extensive background in Human Resources, with experience in companies like De'Longhi Group, L'Oreal, and Total HR Consulting. Currently serving as the HR Manager Central East Europe at De'Longhi Group, Olga is also a certified business trainer of the Process Communication Model® at Kahler Communications, Inc. Olga holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the National Pedagogical University 'M.P. Drahomanov' in Kyiv.
