Tina Teodorescu

Tina Teodorescu, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in talent strategy, culture development, and leadership development. Currently, they serve as the Chief People Officer at KLR, where they are responsible for implementing the firm's people strategy. Prior to this, Tina was the Director of People & Culture at Baker Tilly US, where they led HR due diligence activities for mergers and acquisitions and designed a culture of innovation. Tina also held the position of Chief People Officer at The MFA Companies, where they redesigned the talent strategy to support the firm's growth. Tina has also worked at Zipcar and Tufts Health Plan, where they developed and implemented talent management programs to improve productivity and retention.

Tina Teodorescu, SPHR, holds a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus on Organizational Behavior Management from the University of Nevada, Reno. Tina also has a Bachelor's Degree from the same university, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology.

In addition to their educational background, Tina Teodorescu has obtained several certifications. In June 2014, they achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI. Tina also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi) designation, which they obtained in May 2014.
