Lijo Joseph

Lijo Joseph is an accomplished professional with significant expertise in business excellence and digital transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director at Protiviti, Lijo leads the Business Excellence Practice focusing on strategy execution, operational excellence, and customer experience advisory services. With a diverse background, Lijo has held pivotal roles at Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation as an Advisor and Senior Business Analyst, as well as at the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau as an Advisor to the President's Office. Previous experience includes leading transformation initiatives at Qatar Airways, Qatar Islamic Bank, and various consultancy roles within Mowasalat Qatar, Wipro Limited, and Vistas Global. Lijo holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Strathclyde Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology.
