Aaron Roach has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology and customer success. Aaron started their career at CapGemini as a Senior Consultant HCM in 2001. Aaron then joined IBM as a Managing Consultant in 2005, where they worked until 2007. At IBM, they served as a team lead for Organization Management design of a Global Pharmaceutical Company and successfully implemented an organization structure with a large number of org units, positions, and jobs. Aaron also managed the conversion of HR employee and org data from a legacy system to SAP system.
In 2006, Roach joined Amgen as an IBM HCM Consultant. In this role, they served as a team lead for the design and implementation of Organization Management and managed the conversion of HR data to the SAP system.
Roach then worked at various companies including Rowan Companies, Inc., Johnson & Johnson, Premiere Global Services, and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, where they held roles as an SAP HR Consultant specializing in different areas such as E-Recruiting, Payroll, Time Management, Organization Management, and Personnel Administration.
In 2010, Roach joined Cameron as a SAP HR consultant and LMS Project Manager. Aaron later became the Learning Solutions Manager at Cameron, where they worked until 2016.
From 2016 to the present, Roach has been working at Kahuna. Aaron initially served as a Senior Consultant and Solution Architect, responsible for implementations and support for SAP-SF Talent Management and Kahuna Competency Management products. In 2018, they were promoted to the Director of Customer Success, and in 2022, they assumed the role of Vice President of Customer Success.
Aaron Roach earned a B.S. degree in Business Management from Louisiana State University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Aaron then pursued further education and obtained an MBA degree in Information Systems from the same university, completing their studies from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, Aaron has obtained several certifications related to SAP ERP and Human Resources from SAP, including SAP-HR Certified 4.6 in August 2001, SAP-HR Payroll HR400 4.7 in September 2004, SAP Manager Self Service (MSS) HR260 in January 2007, SAP E-Recruiting HR316 in February 2007, and SAP ERP 6.0 – Human Capital Management in February 2010.
