Ryan Keogh

Ryan Keogh is currently the VP of Legal & Compliance at Kaiko and also serves as the Regulation and Compliance Director. Prior to this, Ryan held the position of Head of Risk and Compliance at Spark Commodities and Director - Regulatory Compliance Officer at IHS Markit. With a background in compliance and risk management, Ryan's experience includes roles at Deloitte UK, where Ryan worked as a Compliance and Risk Manager. Ryan holds a Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment Diploma in Investment Compliance, a Legal Practice Course in Law (Corporate Pathway), and an LLB in Law from the University of Plymouth.
