Stephanie Sieja

Stephanie Sieja has worked in the field of life sciences for over 25 years. In 1994, they began their career as a Cytogenetic Technologist at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Stephanie then moved to Research Genetics in 2001, where they served as a Technical Support Specialist. In 2002, Stephanie joined Open Biosystems as a Technical Support Manager. In 2007, they became the Marketing and International Support Specialist for Open Biosystems products. In 2009, Stephanie was promoted to Supervisor of Virus Production at Thermo Fisher Scientific. In 2012, they moved to Qualitest Pharmaceuticals as a QC Microbiologist. In 2016, Stephanie joined Discovery Life Sciences as an Associate Director of Laboratory Services and Manager of Cell Processing. Most recently, they have been a Technical Marketing Project Manager at Kailos Genetics since 2020.

Stephanie Sieja obtained their B.S. in Microbiology from Auburn University between 1990 and 1994. Stephanie then went on to receive their M.S. in Biology from The University of Alabama in Huntsville between 1997 and 2001.
