As a Director of Recruiting for 10 years in his previous role, he led a team focused on identifying exceptional sales talent and was a key contributor to the growth and success of the organization. The company was recognized as the top 100 fastest growing companies, honored as the World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere and was acquired by a top 5 industry leader in 2018.

Jason knows firsthand the importance of identifying, attracting and retaining high performing team members to help an organization flourish. Jason attended the University of San Francisco where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.
