John began his career in medical sales and moved in to technology in the late ’90s. John has a track record of success leading sales teams in software and services firms. His wealth of contacts within the high tech industry makes him an asset to any hiring organization. He has experience building start up and large enterprise organizations at both the executive and individual contributor levels. John has been involved with over 1000 sales placements across different industries.

John takes a consultative approach to partnering with his clients. The goal is quality, not quantity when it comes to building an organization. John strives to always find candidates that are both a skill and culture fit within the hiring organization.
