Annie Slater

Annie Slater has been making an impact in the education field for over 10 years. Her career path started in private schools in Los Angeles, where she was a middle school math teacher, department chair, and admissions counselor. Annie then became Director of Partnership for Success, where she led a collaboration between private and public schools in Los Angeles, providing a fully-funded summer enrichment program designed to help students realize their academic goals through community, collaboration, and confidence.

Prior to joining the KaiPod Learning team, Annie was also the Director of Operations at Bumo, which offers support for busy parents with on-demand childcare, online classes, and a co-working space with licensed childcare for children 0-6 years old.

With a passion for ultra-personalized, relationship-based education, Annie joined KaiPod Learning as the Vice President of Family Experience to lead enrollment and ensure that families feel heard and valued in their mission to provide a more flexible option in education.

Annie lives in Los Angeles, California, with her husband and two dogs, Olive and Kua.
