Carla Leggett

Carla Leggett, MBA, Ed. S., serves as the Director of Student Support Services at Kairos Academies and is the Founder & CEO of Ink & Intellect Collective. Previously, Carla held the position of School Principal at Hazelwood School District from July 2021 to June 2025, where accomplishments included a 33-point increase in ELA MAP Index and the reestablishment of MTSS systems. Carla's career also includes leadership roles as Principal at Ferguson-Florissant R-II School District and Riverview Gardens School District, focusing on proficiency improvement, grant management, and initiatives to enhance school climate and student support. Carla holds an Educational Specialist degree in School Administration and an MBA from Lindenwood University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Harris-Stowe State University.
