Mercedes Neal

Mercedes Neal started their career at Kairos Academies as a District Registrar before quickly being promoted to District Network IT Manager. Mercedes was recognized as Operations Rookie of the Year in 2023. Prior to this, Mercedes worked as a Certified Registered Behavior Technician at The Autism Clinic at Hope, providing direct therapy to clients. Mercedes also served as Gaines-Oldham Black Culture Center Student Staff at the University of Missouri-Columbia and as an Outpatient Behavioral Health Office Associate at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital. Neal holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Criminal Justice from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
