Casey Blankenship

Casey Blankenship has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They started their career at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard as a Journeyman Mechanic, where they led a team and completed mechanical work on nuclear submarines. Casey then ventured into entrepreneurship and founded Casey's Cookies, serving as the Chief Executive Officer. They also held the same position at Timberwhale LLC.

In 2020, Casey took on the role of Forest Restoration Intern at the Keta Legacy Foundation, contributing to ecological conservation efforts. They later transitioned to the role of Geographic Information System Specialist at Warthog Information Services, utilizing their skills in spatial data analysis.

Casey's most recent position is as a GIS Technician II at Kairos Aerospace, where they identify and associate fugitive methane emissions to their sources using imagery. They generate reports, analyze methane data, and contribute to other projects involving command line scripting and process documentation.
