Justin Salvato

Justin Salvato has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Justin began their career at PwC, where they specialized in commercial real estate valuations from 2006 to 2007. Justin then joined Anglo Irish Bank, focusing on commercial real estate lending from 2007 to 2009. Justin then moved to Torchlight Investors, where they worked on high yield debt originations from 2009 to 2012. Currently, they are employed at Kairos Investment Management Company as a Senior Partner and the head of equity investments, a position they have held since 2012.

Justin Salvato earned a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Connecticut, completing their studies from 2003 to 2006.
