Price Cole

Price Cole is currently the Vice President of Supply Chain and Construction at Kairos Living, where Price delivers high-quality housing to residents and exceeds investment goals through centralized processes and technology. Prior to this role, Price held various positions at Amherst Holdings, including Manager of Supply Chain, where Price managed $200 million in annual direct spend and led negotiations with national suppliers resulting in over $15 million in savings. Price also worked as a Project Specialist for Strategic Initiatives at Amherst Holdings, where Price developed purchasing programs and led cost reduction efforts. Price holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Texas Tech University.
