Jaclyn Rodriguez is the Director of People & Organizational Development at Kairos Power. Jaclyn has over six years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Jaclyn started their career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Alliance Data Retail Services in 2014. Jaclyn then became a Recruiter II at Presbyterian Healthcare Services in 2016. In their current role at Kairos Power, Jaclyn is responsible for leading the organization's talent acquisition efforts, as well as developing and executing strategies to build a strong employer brand.
