Ernesto Fragoso

Ernesto Fragoso has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ernesto is currently working at Kairos Technologies as an IT Recruitment Manager & HR BP, where they are responsible for managing recruitment processes and providing HR support to managers. Prior to this, they worked at QTown Business Solutions as an HR Business Partner, focusing on team formation and sales training. Ernesto also has previous experience at Compucom, where they held roles as an HR Specialist and Training Coordinator, and at Mexpape as a Personnel Manager Assistant. Throughout their career, Ernesto has been involved in various HR activities such as recruitment, performance evaluation, training coordination, and policy development.

Ernesto Fragoso attended Universidad Franco Mexicana from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a degree in Psychology. Ernesto later received certifications from HDI, becoming certified as a Support Center Analyst, Manager, and Trainer. Ernesto also received ITIL certifications from Pink Elephant, specifically in Foundations, Service Operation (SO), and Release, Control, and Validation (RCV). Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Universidad Franco Mexicana.
