Crystal Harbath

Crystal Harbath is an experienced professional in the aluminum and metallurgical industries, currently serving as the Metal Control Manager at Century Aluminum since February 2018. Prior to this role, Crystal held several positions at Alcoa, including Capacity Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing the Sales and Operating Planning process, and Sr. Staff Industrial Engineer, focusing on financial analysis for commercial projects. Beginning at Alcoa as a Staff Metallurgist, Crystal contributed significantly to quality and cost improvements in the Hot Mill area. Crystal's career also includes experience as a Quality Engineer at AK Steel from 2002 to 2006. Crystal earned a Master of Science in Materials Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
