Steffen Oellers

Steffen Oellers has extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Geschäftsführer/CEO at KAISER GmbH & Co. KG since December 2019, Oellers previously held significant positions at SIMONA AG, including Head of M&A and Strategic Projects and Head of Division Piping Systems. Prior experience includes Vice President of the Specialties Business Unit at Klöckner Pentaplast, as well as various leadership roles at Quadrant, where responsibilities included Head of Special Projects and Global Business Manager for Fluoroplastics. Earlier in the career, Oellers worked as an Associate at Enron and as a Senior Consultant at A.T. Kearney. Educational credentials include a Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich and an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
