Chase Rowbotham

Chase Rowbotham possesses extensive experience in people analytics and insights, currently serving as the Head of People Analytics & Insights at Kaiser Permanente. Previously, Chase held key positions at Roche as the People Insights Regional Practice Lead for the Americas and at Genentech as the Senior Director, Head of People Analytics. Prior roles include Director of US Pharma Advanced Analytics and Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy & Business Development at McKesson, as well as Director of Strategy & Business Development at EZShield. Chase earned an MBA in General Management from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in International Relations/Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
